DWELL AMONG MINE
Yes! Even you can get here from there!

So you want to take a vacation, eh! Just follow these simple instructions and keep your eyes on the road! (Moose don't like to get hit!)
From Massachusetts (a 'burb of Maine):
Hop on I 95, go North, Get off at exit 8 and take 302 West (Don't lose it!) to Bridgton. Route 302 will bring you through other beautiful Maine towns like: Westbrook, Windham, Raymond, and Naples. (don't stop -- the real paradise is Bridgton). After you pass The Lakes Region High School (on the right), a gas station (on the left), and a "Drive In" movie theater (on the left), go left (route 117) toward Sandy Creek and Denmark. 3/4 of a mile down the road, Bear (not really! :))' ) right and stop. Go left on 117 (towards Denmark) for about a mile (please go slow down the hill -- kids are playing) 'til you see our Woods Pond on the right. Look left (you are there, or here). Just before a small dam a white rectangular sign, "Dwell Among Mine Cottages" indicates that you made it!
From New Hampshire (another 'burb of Maine):
Hop on Route 302 and go East through North Conway, N.H. and Fryburg. Before you go through the town of Bridgton go right at the Monument (route 117 South). About 3 1/2 miles down the road (please go slow down the hill -- kids are playing) our Woods Pond is on the right (just waiting to be swum in!) Dwell Among Mine cottages are on the left, just before a small dam.
From Maine:
Go to Bridgton, head towards Denmark on 117, (Old Denmark road) stop at Woods Pond (You know; where Billy caught that 5 foot trout in '92!)
From Pennsylvania:
Go 78 East into N.J. Take 287 North to 87 North. Go 87 North to 84 East. Go 84 East to 90 East (Mass turnpike). Go 90 East for 1 exit to 290 North. Go 290 North to the end at 495. Go 495 North into 95 North through the Hampton tolls in N. H. and then through the Maine toll booth in York, Maine. Get off at (old) exit 8 (forty miles), and take 302 West (Don't lose it!) to Bridgton.
Beware! Weekend travelers!
Expect traffic backups at the toll booths in Hampton, N. H. and York, Maine! Fridays 2pm - 6pm, and Saturday mornings are often the worst times northbound. Sunday evenings are often bad southbound through the tolls!
